C252 yellow background

Hi Guys,

does anyone know what happen to this attachment sample printed from C252?

Action that i have taken as below:

run color registration; run gradation adjustment; upgrade firmware and change of yellow IU unit (used and good condition) but background remain there.

somehow, it appear P-21 and P7 but disappear after reboot and reset it.

anyone has ideas what to do next?

Had the same type of issue but with green background a couple of years ago on a 35 page a minute machine.
The solution was to clean around all the imaging unit electrical contact pick up points on the rear frame.
Use a brush and clean lint free cloth, do not try using an air duster as the waste toner take away ducts are close to these points which is usually the cause of the contamination.

I had the same problem last year and i solved it.

First of all go to the service mode :
1. go to stabilizer
2. push the stabilizer reset/backround & start
3. if this finish, push stabilizer only.
4. go to the gratation and doing the three automatic gratation.

I believe with this, you can solve your problem.

Go into service mode reset and initialize machine redo set up if no joy replace control board.
