KM bizhub c203 - sometimes makes the whole piece of background cyan

I have a problem with KM bizhub C203. Sometimes it happens that normally prints and sometimes makes the whole piece of background cyan (Appendix). Recently background is magenta. What could it be?
I checked the connections / contacts, and in - everything about

Hi, I also have the same problem only that mine is producing yellow background and showing p21, am suspecting the contacts of the HV board am yet to resolve mine

Looks like IU failure or Toner problem.

It's probably the printhead unit. To isolate the problem, temporarily block the printhead window corresponding to the color of the background. If the background goes away,replace the P/H Unit assembly.

If PH unit is defective, there will be backgtound on entire page, in sample we can see the border deletion which is performed by PH

Its between the HV and the printhead PH unit - start by replacing the cheaperst option - i have had one of each.
