Hello,

I'm working on a Konica DF-314 document feeder were the paper is just pulled into the Registration Unit Driving Roller (the next roller after the Paper Feed Roller which comes first) and then stops. The driving pulley for the roller rotates as it should, but the roller/shaft does not.

First of all I would appreciate any advice, and if anyone has a service manual I could need that as well.

BRGDS,

I can't remember for sure, but i think there is a one way bearing on that shaft. i would try cleaning those as well. if the shaft isn't turning, then you must be losing drive somewhere. Also, i have seen this where the paper is not making it to the reg roller fast enough then stops at the reg roller n declares jam. i do know there is 2 or 3 one ways in that pickup/feed assy. also maybe replace the feed tires as well.
