Hi,
In my KM Bizhub c200(without FAX) 'Scan to Email' is not Working,

When Iam trying to sending Scan to Email, with in 2min job Result is becoming 'Waiting'. After Long time it is giving Error TX(NG) (EA0004).

But Remaining all network functions (SMB, FTP) are working fine.

Please Help

This sounds like an issue with the machine communicating to your email server.

Are you using an ISP's mail server or your own?

This is what the user manual says:
"Check that the LAN cable is correctly connected, that communication is possible with the SMTP server, that the network settings, such as the subnet mask, are correct, and that the recipient's e-mail address is correct."

Hi to all Problem is solved, actually iam using Gmail SMTP Server, thats giving problem.

I changed SMTP Server, Now every thing is fine.
