Bizhub C451 - printing defaulted to bypass?

Hey all,

Been trying to setup one of these today, for some reason it wont automatically print anything without getting an error - keeps asking for paper in the bypass tray?

All the paper trays are full and there seems to be no issue with paper size detection. Is this more likely to be a driver issue or something I need to change on the MFD?

Have you checked if the main trays are set as available for auto select in the user mode, tray settings. If only the bypass is set for auto select then the machine will ask for paper to be loaded on it.

make sure all trays are set, think should be highlighted

Spot on minimerlin!

No idea why all the trays had been deselected for auto detect but just had to reselect them.
