C451 P-31 with Black image out

Hi guys Im new, but have used looked at the forum before. its great!

Having an issue with a C451 having P-31 code.
I'v replaced
K-IU
Transfer belt
K-IU motor


But the black image intermittently moves out of place.

Any help would be appreciated.

P-31 indicates a failure of PC45 (PC encoder sensor/1) and/or PC46 (PC encoder sensor/2) to detect proper rotation of the black drum.
The encoder sensors are not available as unique parts. Replace the main drive assembly (p/n A00J R704 00) which includes PC45 and PC46.
