[Misc] Faded scans (not copies/prints) on C450 (w/ fiery)

As the title explains, scans to an email are showing up very light/pale.

Copies however appear perfectly fine, considering how old this machine is. I tried playing around with the scan settings (ie: brigthness, background removal), but that did little to nothing to fix the problem.

Has anyone else had this issue before? It's got me stumped.

I've added an example as well. I got them to print out the scanned document. I blacked out customer details and such.

So, I'm going to bump this. Has anyone come across this before?
