    [Error Code] BIZHUB C350

    Customer called with error code C13D8 WHICH MEANS BLACK LPH CORRECTION DATA DOWNLOAD FAILURE.
    I AM MOSTLY A SHARP TECH AND DO NOT WHAT THIS MEANS. CODE DID RESET AFTER OPENING AND CLOSING FRONT DOOR AND FLIPPING MAIN PWR SWITCH.
    THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR HELP WITH THIS.

          More than likely its an issue with the PWB-LED. This is the board that the LED unit plugs into. You will have to pull the LED unit and check and reseat all the connections on it to make sure cables are in there properly. Otherwise you may have to replace the PWB-LED.
