[Electrical] Bizhub C252 , touch panel does not light up

Barely lit touch panel (the characters difficult to see). touch panel is in working condition. How to fix this problem? Thanks

Either change the complete panel or strip it down and change the lamp/power supply. Also make sure the dimmer is working?

I installed the panel assembly from a good copier .

are you suggesting that it doesn't light with the replacement panel, or are you saying that you've fixed the issue and this thread is now closed ?

PWB-M provides power for panel illumination.

I replaced PWB-C (under the glass ) and it fixed problem .thank to everyone
