HI all,

I have a C360 with 240K copies on. The machine is making copies with uneven density. It is lighter in density on the front side of the machine. I have replace all the drums, developer tanks, transfer belt and roller. There is toner in the machine as well. I have checked the transfer adjustments, as well as fuser temp and speed. I've check if the machine is standing level. The only part that I didn't replace is the fuser but the fuser is not that old. It's about 3 months old. The paper the client is printing on is 170gsm Prestine matt, we tried 115 gsm matt as well as 80 gsm bond, all with the same effect.

Could someone please assist me, as I am currently at the end of the road.

Thanks
Eugene

Did you do a stabilization and gradation? And the scanner optics are clean?

I'm sure you done it, but have you cleaned the laser slit glasses? If it's a very dirty environment it's possible that dust has penetrated into the laser unit. You may have to disassemble the laser unit to clean. =^..^=

Also, just to be clear:

The uneven density is occurring on internal test patterns, as well as copies, correct?
