Konica Minolta Bizhub C200 size detection

Hi

i have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C200. The machine keeps saying to remove the A3 paper left on the glass, but there's no paper on the glass, it does that every time I want to use the ADF or lift the ADF it keeps detecting A3, usually I change the settings in the Bizhub c353 253 from table 2 to table 1 in the service mode, I can't find the setting in the C200 can anyone help please??

make sure you haven't applied the engine firmware update that alters the behaviour of the main power supply, its shit.

Check if there is any cracks in the left ADF hinge.

the adf hinges snap all the time on these - make sure when you replace it if its broken you set the stoppers in the right position, if the adf isnt allowed to open to the correct, non wheelchair friendly position, people often force it up and that will snap it again.
