Hi Guys,
I inherited a 751, my one and only, and of course I am learning this box as I go.
The problem I am having, and it has to be simple, is that my customer wants to print from USB.
According to the documentation it should be able to do this but I will be darned if I can find it.
Is this some weird setting under Admin?
Thanks,
Doug

The HD-510 is not required for USB printing locally from a PC. The IC-208 (Item #A0P90Y1) and EK-703 (Item #A0P4WY1) are required to print from a PC via USB.
Note: To print from a USB thumb drive, the HD-510 (Item #A0P7WY1) and the IC-208 are required (but not the EK-703). hope this helps

there is a spot to enable external memory in tech rep.

there is a spot to enable external memory in tech rep.

You can also do this via the Admin mode:

1. Utility Counter
2. Admin Settings
3. System Settings
4. User Box Settings
5. External Memory Function Settings

Aside from that, the machine must have the print controller installed before you can print at all. The machines are scan ready out of the box, just not print ready out of the box.

Thank Guys,
Yep. I need the accessory items to make this work.
I don't know why I thought they would give this away for free :-D
