Bizhub C352 Duplex Jamming

Hi folks. I'm working on a C352 and when it prints 11X17 Duplex it jams on the 2nd side only intermittently. The sheet seems to be crumpled on one of the corners on the bottom. No jamming occurs when just running one sided prints. Any ideas?

Where is it jamming? If it is jamming in the fuser, check the guide that holds the upper scrapers. It will sometimes warp from the heat and lift one of the outside pickers off the roller slightly, and it will catch a corner of the paper. The pickers can be adjusted up or down.

It appears to be at the opposite end where it gets caught and wrinkled and it gets stuck on its way back into the fuser

This may sounds like an absurd question, but are you certain the proper paper type/size is selected for the tray you are printing from?

I thought about that too and yes the paper size matches.
