Bizhub C250 cyan problem on copy STRANGE!!

Hello Every One


I have a strange problem with the bizhub C250 copier. Prints are ok, the problem is with a copy. The problem is with white color on COPY, white falls in cyan as shown in appendix. IU and transfer belt was swapped, and when i tried to do gradiation adjustment from service mode that i cant do this, values on CYAN are 0, 0, 0, 0. In appendix are two files, one with scan of copy and two with scan of gradiation adjustment.

Remove all yhe IU's from the machine and clean around all electrical contacts at the rear especially the cyan one.
Use a brush or cloth do not use a spray air duster as the waste toner outlets are near to the contacts and this just makes it ten times worse a mess to clear up.
Then run gradations again.
This usually cures this type of fault
