code 46-40 konica Di7255

Good Day Everyone,

How are you people here, I have some questions regarding My copier machine.
I have konica copier 7255 and it have code on it, It was saying (SC 46-40) that is the error code.. What should i do to fix it i dont have manual or have field fixing it. Please help me everyone here.

have the same problem. this is a hard disk related issue.' Hard disk initialization failure or loose connector'.

Replace the hard-disk (HD105). If after replacing, you are still getting errors, a poor connection might exists between the image CB, image CB interface, and/or the HD105.
