I have a Konica 7135 that doesn't feed from by-pass, tray 1 and 2. Feeds from tray 3 up to main engine then stops. The paper feed motor is not working. Tried a different known good motor which didnt fix the issue. In mode 47 tried paper feed motor test 21.1 and DB 21.2 with no motor response. Other motor test work like main motor and scanner motor. Machine boots up fine but when goes to print it always records a jam from the tray used. Ran with back cover off and clutches engage but with no motor rotation nothing is driven.

Check for blown fuses on Printer Control Board. Common problem

Thanks for the reply. Two more questions though. First, are you talking about the Overall system board or the Printer drive board above the power supply? Second, since I can't see any fuses on either board that can be pulled off and replaced I'm guessing were talking about board repair?

Is the board on the LHS of machine looking from the back.

Is board repalcement, go through with a multi meter and should find a open circuit. Can't remember if it is top or bottom of the board

Actually from further research and testing it would be ICP 10? Again thanks for your time. All the ICP's have continuity except for the one right next to were the motor plugs in.

i always used to keep the old pcbs when i scrapped these m/c's, this way i had a ready supply of ICPs, it is an easy job to fix

We keep the axial lead ICPs in stock and shorten and bend leads, then solder tack them right onto the open ICPs.
