Hello people

The problem is in old Konica 7272 (about 5 million copies)
-Developing drop over transfer/separation corona and transport section..
-Changed developer drum ,drum unit ,devoping unit (3 times,because the developer damage the gears,all the time),changed coronas all coronas...

any more ideias??..to help..?

Well, the developer does like to leak on these...I have one leaking onto the transport section, but it is so slow I just left the old turd be.

you need to remove the developer unit and replace all the seals.
this will stop the leaking of developer till the next time.

9 times out of ten the problem is the charge grid. If it has a trail of dev up towards the fuser, then it is the grid. Cleaning it will temporarily fix it.

Like Darren King says most of the time problem is in charging grid. For some reason it is too close to the drum. I advise you to remove the brush that is cleaning the grid.
