[Misc] BizHub C451 black printing

Hi guys
I bought a used Konica Minolta Bizhub C451, while prinitng black/colour the black printer skips a complete line form the top and some time a small line from the bottom the colour it prints all fine

konica minolta technician was called in, he said your issue is due to black imaging unit so i got it from another machine and replaced it but it is still the same NO DIFFERENCE at all

- Clean the BK Laserglas (Developer throw out)
- Put the BK IU back to the other Machine
- Buy for this Unit a new BK IU.

i called in a NON Konica Minolta technician and he did exectly what you said, just cleaned the glasss under neeth the black IU and it works like a charm now

your help is really appriciated

The technician from KM said what Dallas said but just in reverse order His goal was to sell you a new k unit and afterward to fix your machine even if these two operations aren't related as it looks at first glance.
