On The Back Of The Toner Hopper There Are A Few Gears One Of Them Are Probably Broken These Gears Are Not Always Noisy When Broken.

in manufacture of toner bottle the end filler cap is not put on fully and this jams bottle and stops it turning thus breaking drive gears at rear ,try 56aa77270 and 56aa77930/77940 but best you check which ones you got broken, you have to remove whole toner supply unit...about 10 screws. we get all operatots to bang new toner bottles hard on floor before fitting
        happy copying peter

Are you getting a code? Once the toner hopper is full the bottle does not turn very often. Are your gears noisy? What are the symptoms?

Peter, thanks for your help! Very accurate and useful advice

Just had a machine with this fault and it turned out the "Idling Gear G 20T" 56AA77940 had lost one tooth!

Wouldn't have been fixed so fast (day to day) if we didn't have this forum
