E56-1 error konica 7045

I've read from another forum that this is a main control board problem. Any idea how to reset this code? A walkthrough would be highly appreciated.

you cant reset this code, check soft switch 3-7, it must be 0 . maybe there's an f-code e.g f-35, 34.

There's no F code. That is the error code i got.

have you check the 3-7 soft switch on 25 mode? and still get that code.. the problem most likely is the system board, thats what the manual said. .
