I have a Konica Minolta 6501, which presents a problem with the color red, the problem is similar to the post "C6500 cant get it" red "enough", but the 6501 has the new version of gamma sensor.
Developers, transfer belt and crowns cylinders are OK
The other colors are printed correctly.
What can be causing this problem?
Thanks in advance

what do you mean exactly? is the red too yellow or too magenta? would you mind to post a printout here, so we can see, what you mean?

With 100% magenta and 100% yellow the color is orange, the red "Coke" is not possible to achieve, , the magenta is weak, but when printed test 53 with 255 magenta, magenta is OK, but if I print yellow 255 and magenta 255, the red is very orange.

BTW.: i assume, that you did auto gamma adjustment and gamma offset adjustment properly

Yes, auto gamma adjust and gamma offset are ok.
One correction in test mode 53 Line1 with yellow magenta 130 and 130, either get a red OK (Coke red).
The customer reported that this problem happens from long ago, I began now to support the equipment
The problem is similar to C6500, which solves the new gamma sensor assy, but in the C6501, the new gamma sensor assy is installed.

What Simulation profile are you using (i would suggest using ISO Coated). This should give a better red.
I have had issues with Gamma sensor on C6501 as well so dont count that out. Compare Test pattern 53 with Magenta and Yellow set to 255 with another machine.
