A quick question. I've got a C200 when the customer make copies of A3 original from the ADF there is no problem. When you scan to email the same original the machine shows a jam. When you scan to email a A4 document it goes through, with no problems. Can these machines scan a A3 document or not and if not what do the machine need to be able to scan. If you scan A3 from the original glass it scans perfectly.
