error code E04-1 DP6010 !!!

hello everybody ! i am a technical for ricoh.i live in vietnam. my copy is panasonic DP 6010 .i see problem arlam E04-1. i was check thermistor ,thermotas , lamp ,and connect all good. when i switch power on then lamp fuser to open about 3 second and off concomitant arlam error code E04-1. i can't enter mode simulation with key "funtion + original size + 3 " in service handbook .what to do? please give me one solution good . thanks everybody .

all panasonic products including Panafax needs to be reseted in service mode , even after a paper jam in the fuser. after repair do this

enter service mode
go to F9
06... ram initialize
04... LBP Fuser Reset
answere "yes"
power down when asked

if E4=01 re occur, the problem is not fixed.
