error code E04-1 DP6010
hello ! i am a technical ricoh. my copy is panasonic DP 6010 .i see problem arlam E04-1. i was check thermistor ,thermotas , lamp ,and connect all good. when i switch power on then lamp fuser to open about 3 second and off concomitant arlam error code E04-1. i can't enter mode simulation with key "funtion + original size + 3 " in service handbook .what to do? please give me one solution good . thanks everybody .

1. Fuser Thermistor is dirty.
2. Thermistor position is incorrect.
3. Fuser temperature is low. (Adjust F6-31)
4. Thermistor is defective.
5. Fuser Lamp connector is disconnected.
6. Fuser Thermostat is defective.
7. Fuser Lamp is defective.
8. HTC PCB connector is disconnected.
9. HTC PCB is defective -
press "function"..while holding down "function"-- press "original size"..while holding down "function" and "original size"-- press the #3 on the #pad.. to exit menu mode press "function" and while holding it down press the "clear" button...Comment

i don't complete . please help me !!!
thanks you ! i was enter mode possible . and press f6 continue 31 and ajustment from 0 --> 15 but can't complete. if themistor ,thermotast ,and lamp is disconnect then lamp don't light. but lamp light about 3s then off .i do careful that it. phease help me.Comment
