Try a Different screen (LINE 1 or Line 2)
also try different screen frequencies for the line you are using. Lower frequency equals smoother colour
Kind regards.

i would try differnt settings to black processing. Most times it best to print to HOLD, then edit on the fiery.

Properties...
Color...
Basic Setting...

at the bottom --- "grey and black"

see if changing them to different settings helps with your grey issue.

what are you printing, sometimes RGB projects from shitty programs like PUBLISHER never look right.

upload item you are printing for more specific help...

its trial and error no matter what.

Trying to change the screening is the fastest way to solve it. If not, try in Service Mode to run Auto Gamma Adjustment and Printer Gamma Offset Adjustment.

if none of this fix it, i would think you DV is weak, or worn out, or your drums are close as well.

I would think that is the first thing to replace on any color issue.

I would think if the conrona's are due or even close i would change them, they are cheap parts. I never let the corona's go longer then 50K - i get them from KATUN they work well and are just as good as OEM.

Just switch items from different colors between them, it's the easiest way to separate the problem.
