The second one is a gear from the developing unit, 4163 5222 01 GEAR 14T/12T. I'm not sure about the first and last item, can you be more specific?

Did you open the process unit and find these loose?
how do you not know where they go?

Pretty good eye, for NE311 to spot that DV GEAR.

I work on bigger machines, all the drive gears/clutches look the same.

If you want to be sure, let's get you the parts manual.

PM ME if you need it.

The first one looks like a drive gear, from the size of it, but I cannot find it in Parts Manual.

can you count the threads on the white gear. Can't tell if its 14T 16T 18T or more. Gears with the "S" like grooves in many cases are sometimes right after the motor (metal drive to "S" plastic side) at least some of the time - no always.

the 3rd part is anyone's guess.

The third part is the shaft where the little black gear runs on. The fat white one I'm puzzled myself since it is neither in the drive system nor the hopper unit. AFAIK are there no other gears in the machine besides some small ones in the Image Unit.

Either it is from another machine, from an option or Goldencup is pulling our legs and laughing his ass off in the mean time.......... :)

I'm not so sure hans, it appears to be the gear in the drove unit, that the black one meshes with (that black gear tends to wear along the shaft too)

GEAR 19/44T
pn: 4030251201

dont have a drive unit floating around to confirm though.

It looks like that one but in parts that gear looks like threads are straights and not under an angle. Might be a misrepresentation in the pm.

can you count the threads...

if we know how many we can narrow it down pretty fast.

for the larger gears, i always use a sharpie, so i don't lose count - any time its more then the number of fingers and toes that i have.

Ok Goldencup you could of given a picture of the machine with the gear missing that might help. I hate lookin up parts when I have to, now you got me lookin just out of curiosity. But my guess is:

4030 2512 01 GEAR 19/44T

When we'er all done counting teeth and scratchin our heads, I hope Goldencup will tell us what it is.

Goldencup: Before the world ends today you need to unravel this brain twister this for us. You cannot leave it like that................

Desperate guys already giving free manuals away. Paul will not be happy.....
