Is it possible to retrieve documents printed 2 day's ago?

Not that I'm aware of.

if you have a server that stores files you can pull it off the fiery.

you may be able to pull it out of your computer printer cash - most computers delete and re-write constantly.

Or, if you put them in a filing cabinet maybe you can "retrieve" them from there.
