Perhaps you've got an "envelope" media type set on one of the trays? Probably MPT. If there is an "envelope" setting for the fuser, I doubt that the machine could sense the position of the pressure levers. =^..^=

Hi,

Push the two green buttons on the fuser, and the "envelope setting" is set to off.

thanks guys its those green levers on the fuser unit, so simple
