[Error Code] VL2821 - Konica Box - EA3226 error code when trying to scan to Gmail or Windstream

I forgot what the code EA3226 represents when trying to scan to a Gmail or a Windstream account? outside the business email scheme?

I'm using the SMTP IP address instead of a Domain name, because the box can scan to customers business email addresses, but not to external ones?


Please refresh my memory.

ps, customer has a CM2520 Minolta box that scans outside the domain just fine.

Gmail requires SSL Over SMTP using port 465. If the machine doesn't support this then your out of luck. Emujo
