Is there any body out there (authorized KM dealer) that would transfer my Konica Minolta tech number to their company so I can get back on the web site....lost my access after leaving my last dealer....

in return you will be authorized (trained tech) on the following bizhub PRESSC7000/C6000/C70hc, bizhub PRO C6501/C5501/C65hc, C6500/C5500, bizhub, C652/C552/C452, bizhub C360/C280/C220, bizhub 1200/1051/951, Fiery Controller Classroom, bizhub 751/601/501 and a bunch of other printers and segment 2,3,4 machines.... your dealership gets a authorized tech listed with konica to meet your training goals/quotas and I get my access back to firmware updates...

hey i was ready to give him access then i saw he was not trained on the C454/C554 & C654/C754 Line which is a deal breaker - let me know when you get certified.

starting up a remote help desk for other techs and NON KM TECH's figure it overlaps with what we already do, a few more tech's on call in the office to network at all times.

Tell me its not a good business. KM may not like it, but if we told them what we don't like ---we you get it....


on call remote support tech's depending on skill up to 15-20/hr but your prob only working 1 hour out of every 6. so more like 90-100/hr when you compound the time.

May want to get at least a loose grasp on the English language first in order to effectively call someone a fool, as it stands currently, your post is simply an embarrassment to yourself. Perhaps this is what you were aiming to achieve, but, we will never know.
