(Konica 7145) Toner dropping malfunction

Please help my 7145 was unable to drop toner automaticAlly. The prdb, developing unit are ok i tested it to other machine. Thank you.!

have u open up the toner supply unit? sometime the spring broken hence the toner supply unit will not
function properly.
