konica 7085 ,giving errorv code sc 77-23

hello,
i have a problem on a konicA 7085.error code sc77-23.fom the manual it seems to be something to do with the finisher,i dont have a great deal of experiance on this model.the fault happened during a run of booklets,folded and stapled,but after only 65 booklets were finished when this error occured.there was no paperjam.when switching on again the initialization is done and seems that the finisher is functioning but a beeping sound is heard all the time,and the error pops on the screen.can somebody gives me a help?

Juve I don't have my book with me but I believe that is a stapler error. We sometimes would get a staple
hung up on top of the stapler. If you get a light and a long pick tool you can pull them out.

jbauer,i removed both staple cartridges,it dont seems that there is any staple blocking.but i will re give it a check.thanks mate
