km7416cg marking paper size error after the copy gets out

during a normal testing(copy run) on a km7416 i had a problem,every now and then it started marking 'caution paper size error'after the copy gets out.
i cleaned the take up feed roller and also the seperation pad,but it continued doing the same problem.
i noticed that it makes it the most when i reuse the copy paper from both sides,but there was times also that done this problem with new paper.
any suggestions please?
