Hello.

When I print on Bizhub C552 on thick paper, it seem like fuser don't heats so high and print on page is detached.

I set paper to thick 4.

How heavy is this thick paper in grams/meter2? =^..^=

It's 200 g/m.

And the fact that you can choose thick4 means that you're feeding it from the bypass.

Perhaps the temperature is too high not too low. The end result is indistinguishable. According to the operators manual 200g/m2 qualifies as thick2. I would suggest setting a tray (any tray can feed thick2) for thick 2 and try it. =^..^=

make sure it is actually feeding through in thick mode. I get this all the time from customers who set the tray as thick and then send the print job as plain paper and wonder why it doesnt fuse properly.

If the machine comes up with an error that you have to continue from, and the paper is running through the machine at full speed, ie, the same speed normal paper runs, your not doing it right.

FYI, if the paper is glossy or coated in some way it probably wont fix correctly. Had a acustomer trying to run 160gsm glossy through a C451 and that wouldnt fix properly no matter what you set it on. Coated stock isnt supported on these models.

I have a customer with exactly the same problem and same machine. I'm gonna try to replace the fuser and see if that solves the problem. My customer has a very large job to complete and the fuser should still be under warranty. Hopefully!!!
Lately, it seems like "fusers not heating", is a common problem, black & white and color ones, alike!! Hmmm??!!
