IC-409 iso file

Is it possible anyone to share the iso file from the IC-409 because I have a secondhand C650 without and cds or any other documents and has the same problem, and even the Konica Hellas didn’t came with the solution the last couple of months.

Usually forum attenders don't sympathize with newcomers asking for CDs and/or manuals on their first posts. You usually need to earn a reputation first. Which isn't to say that you'll not get lucky, but your chances are slim as it is.
