I have Bizhub c353 control panel doesn't work at all no buttons work and touch panel doesn't.
Start button light is red on.there is no error code on the display and display is normal. The touch panel will not let
me reset the machine with the trouble reset procedure. This happen after a copier jam no one could find.
can not get into maintence modes. Any ideals fellow techs

The hard drive may have failed. Try disconnecting it and then see if you can get into service mode.

Also, the firmware or NVRAM may have been corrupted. Try reflashing the MFP with the latest firmware.

try disconnecting the network cable.

I HAVE had on 2 machines in 1 location such bizzar activity after lightning damage to their network switches, once they were replaced the machine were fine on the network again.

Thanks guys I got it fixed it was a bad stick of ram.
