Konica Minolta print stripes on c550

    [Misc] Konica Minolta print stripes on c550

    hello colleagues I have a problem with a c550 that throws me a line at the end of printing, especially when using 11x17. clean the laser unit, change, imaging units, change the Data Transfer roller, fuser and I could encontral beg the problem please help me.

      Have you performed a stop-test? Is the defect happening before the fuser? Visible on the belt?

          Put the defect at the 2nd transfer roller and see where the lead edge of the paper is and look in that area for something that will either stall or grab the paper at a different speed.
          Check the transfer cleaning unit also.
          And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

                  i have changed all imaging unit,tranfer belt unit, fuser unit, laser unit,transfer roller,power supply,nvram, drive laser board, imaging unit card board. but the blank line continues i stoped machine, when it start to print and take out transfer belt and blank line is on transfer belt image.

                          blank line is transfer belt image. it doesnt with fuser .

                              Which side of the paper is the lead edge and which one is the trailing edge? Does the problem happen with different paper weights?

                                  yes, it happen with different paper type, and lead edge is final of sheet.
