    KM C6500 pure quality

    Hi,

    My KM C6500 print with a line apear on the paper, some time apear sometime disapear , sometime apear with magenta line sometime apear with black, yellow and cyan.

    I cleaned all lasers , Cleaned slot laser out door, changed drums, coronas, developers, and transfer belt but the LINE still apear.



    any ideas for me ?

      Lines in feed direction or cross direction?? Hard to advise with the info you provided

          That image I printed with A3 Page Size, so the line some time appear some time disappear .

          This image is A3 size
