I am getting an error code C-3911 on this machine at powerup. Can someone please tell me what this code means?

It means your fuser isn't reaching temperature and you need to call a service technician.

I am a Ricoh technician and we replaced this machine with one of ours a few months ago. The machine has to go back to the leasing company soon and I just need to get a copy out of it. Its been sitting in our warehouse in the cold and Im hoping that it was just too cold to come to ready temp. Can anyone tell me the reset procedure for the fuser code?

power on holding utility...
in service find i/o
enter 3-1
Set to 0
move up a digit and back down make sure it took.
power off. reboot normally.

if you have a cracked lamp or bad anything with the fuser may not clear.

Whts the machine config? will the lease let you buy? what your price? what the meter? is it a C6500 or C6501?

Thank you. That got rid of the code. Im not sure what the buyout is, I was just told i need to get it working. copy count is just under 500K and it is a pro c6500 not an 01

Now im just getting "warming Up" and it wont come to ready or throw a code. Any ideas what would cause that?

I have same problem with CF2002.
It keep saying 'warming up' because my machine is in cold room.
But when i restart machine again, it changed to another message like 'warming up, ready soon to copy', then i can use the copier after short time.
Might fuser is already warmed up.

You can restart machine again (with on/off) to see the message is changed or not.

i would check your fuser wire connection in the front of the machine...

but how cold is the room?
