new bizhub 40p giving 'paper jam transfer'

IMG00010.jpga new printer istalled just a week ago is giving me 'paper jam transfer' .when opened no paper jam is found.I removed t.s roller a checked for a loose contact,but it seems ok.any help please?

check the feed and sep rollers. Make sure they are seated and clipped on shaft. Especially the sep roller on tray.

I will ,i will disassamble the feed roller assy and check.thanks.i will leave a feedback if this is the problem
