[Misc] KM Bizhub 1200p only outputting one page at a time

Usually the 1200s we have spit out two pages together at a time, but the last couple of days (over two machines) its only been outputting one page at a time. Its printing at about 3/4 its usual speed. We haven't changed any switches or anything, and yesterday it started printing two pages again in the middle of a run.
Also, if anyone knows, what is the actual name for outputting two pages at a time (as it should)?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
