C 252 Black Panel

Hi All
I Have A Huge Problem With A C252 When I Switch The Mach On It Will Display The Hour Glass For A Couple Of Seconds And You Can Actually Hear The Machine Start Up But Before It Can Switch Over To Its Opperational Display The Display Goes Black The Only Light That Stays On Is The Power Light And The Machine Can Also Not Print Nor Fax Or Anything Else For That Matter .

I had this problem before. I was the MFP board. located on the left side of the machine next to the power supply. It could also be the NVRAM.

remove the fax board and accessories and try again.

NVRAM. Had exact same thing happen. Reset it or replace it. Keep in mind that you have to resetup the machine either way.

yes it is the nvram,pwb-m (next to the power supply)and last but not least the pwb-C in the scanner also.
the pwbm will have the center ic blown out of it.
