    Minolta bizhub C6500

    Hello all,

I'm having a problem on a bizhub C6500. The problem is that the touchscreen is not working any more. Al other buttons are ok and the customer is able to print and everything else is working perfect.

I replaced the OACB and the display assy including the touchscreen pad but without any results.

Is somone able to help me?

I.m not able to do the screen calibration because the screen is frozen. Al the items are there but if you press a screen button noting is hapening.

you should be able to key in the menu number with the keypad to select the screen calibration. Otherwise no one would ever be able to calibrate a screen that is out of calibration!

Don't you hate customers? I mean they would have screwed with it to make it play up and yet they obviously didn't bother to tell you and watched as you changed those parts.
