It's hard to help when the model is not even mentioned.
I can assume it is a C65xx or C55xx machine.
Appears to be a blown ICP on the printer control board. the Solenoids are not energising in the colour reg unit.
Most likely causes are the wiring going to the total mechanical counters have been pinched and are earthing to the frame or the wiring to the belt claw solenoid is earthing to the frame.
Best way to confirm is tape open the shutters on the colour reg unit and see if it will complete an Auto Gamma and Auto Colour Registration. If it completes then you have a blown ICP.Comment

Try to off auto color registration & auto gamma from dip wsitch then see if machine works its from PGC sensor problem. HV bord some time maks problem But mostly it is from PGC.
In pgc kit SD2 & SD3 clean it Then see shutter springs I hop u will findComment

Have you taped the shutters open and tried auto gamma and auto color reg?
Have you tried to output any test patterns to see if you have an issue with one of the colors?
try outputting test pattern 81 with color densities all at 255Comment
