I know that in the manual is the EL lamp disconected, but i have take the whole image unit and make a test on another machine and it s working.
I have checked also the PRCB on another machine and it s working OK.

Hi,
The likely problem is DCPS1
The part number for this depends on your region. Hope this helps

Are you telling me you have already replaced the DC power supply? I am talking about the circuit board, not DC power into the machine?

Already cheked the developer suction fan and also changed. But in the manual is clear, means the EL lamp.

It is possible to have this code 2401 due to an developper used more than 250000 copies?

Extremely unlikely it will be developer related, I have checked global escalations regarding this code, apart from the obvious things you have already tried the issue seems to be a faulty DCPS1. If you check the 24v output from the board you will probably find one line is missing. I have had one strange issue that was the result of the power supply cooling fan being faulty. I cannot remember off hand which model it was.

There was a bulletin or a solution about the sensor wiring in trays 3 and 4 damaged by causing this problem.
The wiring for the sensor in the bottom of tray 3 and 4 can be damaged by the large metal plate that lifts the paper can damage the wiring to the "No Paper" sensors.
Solution:
Subject:
C-2401 at power up. C-2803 may also be indicated.
Description:
C-2401 at power up.
Solution:
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. C-2401 normally indicates a failed erase lamp, although it is caused, in this case, by a bind in the drum carriage.
Remove and inspect the drum carriage assembly. Run the Toner Cartridge Set mode as well as the Developing unit/Drum.

2. Open ICP6 on the PRCB.
Check for broken or shorted wires in Tray 3 area and repair as necessary. Replace the PRCB (p/n 57AA -902 1J). After replacing the PRCB, go to the Service Mode and set softswitch 32, bit 1 to "0" (OFF). Then re-flash the firmware and, after restarting the machine, set softswitch 32, bit 1 to "1" (ON).

The whole image unit was tested on another machine and is working good.Anyway i can not run any of the Toner Cartridge mode or developing/drum because it give me errors due to the 2401 code.I am very interested if you could run the two up mentioned, with this code...

I have checked the wires on tray 3 .Seems to be ok.I have allready cheched the PRCB on another machine and its working ok.
It remains the solution with an power board, because seems that all the right part is electrically dead.

I am curious if the board is working after i will change the fan, or it is burned. All the right part of the machine, starting with main power source and up , including the scanner and fusing unit seems to be electricaly dead, so seems that you are right abot the cause.I ll keep you informed...

I also will try, but i do not think it will be usefull, to do the steps after the ... go to the Service Mode...What it means re-flash the firmware? How should I proceed? I have checked this code with 3-4 major companies technicians in my country and almost all the techs have sugested to rewritte the firmware, but when i have ask them how to do it, they have admit that none of them have done such thing before with an B750.
Thank you again.

I have send the machine to a much larger warehouse to be able to find the boards i need. They have say to me that they have changed the power board, and i think you was right. Was indeed DCPS1.... but now they have an C2202 code at starting up.I must wait another few days untill they find an M3 motor to replace it....Anyway you was the onlyone who has find exact the problem.Thank you and I appreciate it...
