Basically the problem is in the blue print,
small white dots appear. If anyone knows about it, I am grateful.

I've had good luck with that by lowering the transfer voltage. I cannot remember if it was primary or secondary transfer, secondary I think.
A little trial and error with that and you should be good.

I am guessing old/bad developer. Try a new cyan imaging unit IU610C part number: A0600JF.

First thing is I would go into service mode and run some color sample pages.

small white dots appear. If anyone knows about it, I am grateful.Call a tech...dangerous to just ask for us to diagnose a problem without even a scan to look at. Also dangerous for you in case you kill the unit!

try an alternative reputable brand of paper before anything else.

If your using the cheapest paper you can find and expecting perfect print quality - go away.

saw this today on a 4 series machine cleaned transfer roller and raised background removal voltage. fixed it
