Konica c353 Scanto Email Question

Can someone tell me if the Konica C353 will scan to both intranet email and externall email? Our company has started some employees transitioning to office 365 email and we would like to scan to both. IF this is possible can you describe the process?

if you can get to the email with outlook express then the machine should be able to.

If the machine was able to scan to addresses outside the company before, nothing needs to change. It should still scan to the Office 365 addresses.
If the machine could only scan intranet, then mail forwarding needs to be enabled on the scan account. This is for IT to fix if, security is not an issue.
