    CL3500N Maintenance?

I bought the CL3500N just over a year ago (just past warranty!) and used it only sparingly. I would say I printed no more than 1000 pages so far. All displays are normal. It does not indicate out of toners or a need to change any components. but there's problems with printing.

Is this problem common to this machine? Is it the PCU I need to replace?

    Thx.

It's likely to be the black PCU, the drum units are not so good on these models.
I would also check the colour PCU as well by printing off the colour demo page as well.
