hi i have a konica 7022 that has some problems when doing 2 to 2. the document feeder will sometimes ( 1 OUT OF 20 DID IT FOR ME) make like a groaning or slipping noise and then jams. the other 19 times it worked fine. customer says it usually happens more frequently. single side works fine all the time. i have replaced the clutches in back but same problem. all rubber has been cleaned. any ideas

One of the 2 solenoids on the front of the adf is sticking it's usually the one on the right. You can just hold it in and See if you get the same results I'm sure you will recognize the sound.Online Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.

hi i replaced both sylenoids and still have same problem. only on 2 to 2 you sometimes get a humming noise when you push print button and you know its going to jam. thought for sure sylonoids would take care of it but no luck. any other ideas?Comment

i believe theres a one way gear near the reverse motor. Try cleaning and scrubbing the shaft.

Have you looked at the underneath ? There is a conveyance roller and the holder splits at rear and will give 2-2 jamming. Have to look kinda close to spot it. #13GL45070 Conveyance Guide Part/Upper Seen these broken often.Comment
