Dear,

When the KM c6500 jam paper with <J-3102> I take the paper out but when start printer Keep alarm Jam <J-3102> without any paper jam inside, I changed the ADU and updated new firmware but it's still alarm <J-3102> . Turn on the machine doesn't warming up.

Any ideas for me ?

For the 3102 code refer to this post.

http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/konica-minolta/30820-km-c650x-c550x-errors-c-3102-c3101.html

Read Stirton.M's answer. For your not warming up start with the fuser lamps first as they do go bad or check all the connections that you unplugged when you changed the ADU if that's when it started.

Thanks for your reply, But I think the machine doesn't warming up cause code <J-3102> not C-3102, in this case the paper jam have been to take out but the sensor doesn't open ? When I changed another ADU which working on well from other machine the Code <J-3102> keep alarm so I think have some problem with system ? I updated the firmware but nothing change .

If it is in the adu then you may have bad adu pwb. I have had to changed these a few times for several issues.

Hi,
Can i confirm that you have the following problem.
Jam code is on during idle or does jam occur when printing?
If it is on during idle try the following, i had a similar issue on the previous model (C500)
Turn machine off
Pull out ADU unit and open up the fusing unit
Put a piece of paper in the fusing unit ensuring that the actuator for the fusing exit sensor is actuating.
Close Fusing unit and ADU unit.
Turn machine on

Machine should indicate a different jam code (exit sensor on during idle)

Pull out the ADU unit and remove the paper you placed in the fusing unit (do not turn the machine off)

Slide the ADU unit back in and close the front door. This hopefully should clear the jam code.

Thanks Mick01,

I will try to fix this issue.

By the way I would like to ask you about the code C2803. When I changed Developer I reset counter for Developer Unit and tried to run "06.Toner Density Sensor Init ". But not completed , I tried to Run Register Color Adjust but it show Error 2 too.

Right now it's show C2803, I Changed another Cyan Developer but nothing change.

Thanks

Hi,
could be cyan charge unit. Make sure it is in position correctly. If you run toner density initial with the charge corona not in correctly it sucks all the toner out of the dev unit.
try running test pattern 81 and see that all colors are on the output.

Mick01,

How is The Charge corona not in correctly ? Old or end of life or not in correct position ?

Test Pattern +53 The Cyan +255 color like this (Just a little toner on the left, on the right it is white without any toner) :

But when I swap Cyan Developer to Magenta and Print Test Pattern +53 with Magenta +255 print is good like this :

This is Pattern +81 :

For J-3102

Please check harness connected to the PRCB corresponding to the sensor

Either you remove and connect again or replace PRCB
